Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang) Flower Oil, Citrus Nobilis (Green Mandarin) Peel Oil, Citrus Aurantium Amara (Neroli) Flower Oil, Valeriana Jatamansi (Valerian) Rhizome Oil

Diffuse at night 30 minutes prior to going to bed or use one drop on a cotton ball or tissue placed near the headboard of your bed.

Dilute to 3% with your favorite carrier oil and massage onto the soles of the feet.

Sleep Aid can also be used in your evening bath by adding 3-4 drops to 1 tablespoon of unscented body wash or shampoo.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water at bedtime.

Topical: Dilute to 2-3% in a carrier.
