Warm Weather Shipping Protection

Some of our clean, conscious offerings—like whipped tallow, balms, and (coming soon!) temperature-sensitive goodies like chocolate and natural candy—need a little extra care during the warmer months.

To make sure your order arrives in the best possible condition, we offer a Warm Weather Shipping add-on. This option includes:

• An eco-conscious ice pack (non-toxic and reusable)

• Additional insulation (when needed)

• UPS Ground Shipping for faster, more reliable warm-weather transit

• Monday–Wednesday shipping only to avoid weekend delays

 

🛒 When to add this to your order:

• If you're ordering any meltable or temperature-sensitive product (currently tallow items, later chocolates/candies)

• If your shipping address regularly reaches 75°F or higher

• If you prefer extra peace of mind during summer months

📦 How we handle costs:
Our warm weather protection item includes both the ice pack and the adjusted shipping weight. We’ve built this into the item’s pricing so you don’t have to calculate anything—we handle the logistics for you.

💬 Reminder at Checkout:
Warm Weather Shipping is optional, but highly recommended when purchasing items prone to melting. The Polka Dot Tail is not responsible for product consistency changes due to heat.
